As you all may have noticed, I love my spicy foods. So, tonight, with stuff in my fridge, I made some corn bread…with hot sauce. This went sooooo quickly! Girls in my hall paid me to have some.
1 box jiffy corn bread mix
1/4 cup egg beaters/liquid egg substitute
1/3 cup Almond Milk
1/2 orange bell pepper
1/4 cup green chilies
1/4 cup sriracha hot sauce
1. Make corn bread mix according to package
2. Chop bell pepper
3. Add bell pepper, hot sauce, and green chilies
4. Mix and pour into pan
5. Make according to the directions
6. Cut, put some butter on top and serve! Half the calories and twice the flavor!
